Q: What are your payment terms and methods?

We accept Bank Wire Transfer (T/T) and PayPal (for smaller amounts or samples). For new clients, our standard term is usually 50% deposit and 50% before shipment, but terms can be discussed for long-term partners.

Yes. Upon request, we provide Material Certificates (COA) and Dimensional Inspection Reports with your shipment to verify that all parts meet your specifications and quality standards.

What happens if the parts do not meet my specifications?

We stand behind our quality. If any parts do not meet the agreed specifications or tolerances, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will rework the parts or reproduce them free of charge as a priority.
