What is Rapid Prototyping?
Rapid prototyping is the technical process of quickly transforming product concepts into physical models. Its main purpose is to rapidly manufacture parts for actual manual inspection and review. This early model is called a “prototype”, which is continuously improved and iterated until the final correct version is obtained.
All rapid prototyping begins with digital models, and 3D printing is usually the preferred method for rapid prototyping because 3D printed prototypes are affordable, typically within a few tens of dollars, and can be obtained within 3 days. Other common rapid prototyping processes include CNC machining, vacuum casting, and sheet metal fabrication.
Rapid CNC Machining Prototyping
Boona is able to quickly produce CNC machining prototypes for plastic or metal parts. Many CNC machined parts can be manufactured and shipped within 3 days. The CNC expedited option was provided in the quotation, and Boona has cost-effectiveness and market pricing, allowing engineers to order multiple prototypes at once for quick product evaluation.

About CNC Machining FAQs
It can quickly generate product prototypes, helping to quickly validate design concepts and identify issues in advance. Meanwhile, it can save time and costs.
The actual delivery time depends on the complexity and requirements of the project. Usually, we make every effort to complete the prototype within 3 days. We will negotiate a schedule with the client at the beginning of the project and strive to maintain efficient delivery.
After contacting us, we will arrange an initial meeting to understand your project requirements and goals. Upon confirming the requirements, we will provide you with a detailed collaboration plan and maintain close communication throughout the project.
Our charges depend on factors such as project complexity, scale, and specific requirements. We aim to offer cost-effective services and provide transparent pricing plans during the initial discussions with our clients.
